BB ice all our cakes in swiss meringue buttercream. Did you know cakes that are iced in swiss meringue buttercream can be left at room temperature for two days!?

BB recommend:

  • Refrigerating your cake upon delivery (if you aren't planning on eating it that day);
  • Having your cake sit at room temperature from 30mins - 1hr, before consuming, as icing gets quite hard when refrigerated; 
  • Consuming the cake within 3 days.
